Liz Parry always does her best to get me a rate that suits my needs as well as my bank balance. After some universal price hikes a couple years back i tried shopping around a bit and I couldn't find anyone that could beat the rates from this place. Luckily have never needed to make use of my policy so cant speak in that regard but I'm assuming they would be just as helpful and responsive in the event i needed to.

I have been with Sitter insurance for nearly 50 years. The care and service I receive from them is excellent. They answer all my questions promptly and with well researched knowledge. Upon my annual renewal they review and evaluate my insurances and give me advise if I need to add or change any coverage. I have Home, Auto, and catastrophic loss policies that give me excellent coverage with low prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking good insurance coverage.

Recently switched insurance companies because i did not like the direction most of the bigger names nationwide were going ; more cost and less coverage . Sitter Insurance made the process sensible and reasonable. I also found out real quick the advantages of having Erie Insurance after i got sideswiped by a driver who wouldn't pullover and provide info . ERIE went to bat for me after finally getting other drivers info and their insurance tried to aggressively low ball the repair cost.
Together , ERIE and SITTER INSURANCE turned a nightmare into one of those hiccups in life . It’s always better to have a quality local business in your corner !

Erie Insurance, Sitter Agency, and Liz Parry Insurance, have provided wonderful insurance services over the years. The few claims we had over the years were covered promptly and fairly. Experience, so far, has been outstanding, but perhaps that is because in the 16 months since insuring my auto and truck via Sitter Insurance LLC as agents for Erie Insurance, I have had only one fenderbender with truck so minor we determined no claim was necessary - only application of a Wile E. Coyote decal. Insurance has proven to be affordable and dealing with claims agent was smooth.

Low prices, great service, great coverage! We've got business property and liability, worker's comp, auto, and home owners coverage with Sitter. Once, they even helped me on a claim that was covered by another insurance company. There's no end to their services! This is the best agency I've ever worked with and between living in NY and PA, I've worked with a bunch. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Even though I only had a car insured by Erie Insurance for 7 months, I still had an amazing experience with Mike Figurski. I have 0 knowledge of cars and insurance and such and Mike really made the entire process of signing up for auto insurance so easy.
