I am proud to call Erie, Pennsylvania home and have spent the last 55 years living and working in the community. As a Customer Service Representative and Agent at Rutkowski Insurance, I bring both insurance agency experience and six years of claims experience to my role, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how to help clients protect what matters most. I specialize in auto, home, and commercial insurance and am currently licensed in both personal and commercial lines of business.

A graduate of Mercyhurst Preparatory School, I’ve always valued hard work, communication, and building strong relationships with the people around me. What I enjoy most about working in insurance is the opportunity to connect with customers every day. Whether I’m helping someone through a difficult claim situation or simply assisting with a payment, I believe every interaction matters and deserves personal attention and care.

Customer service has always been the part of the job that motivates me the most. I enjoy helping people feel supported, informed, and confident when it comes to their insurance decisions. Being able to guide clients through both everyday questions and more challenging situations is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

When I’m away from the office, you’ll usually find me outdoors working in my yard or spending time hunting in the woods. I enjoy staying active, being outside, and appreciating everything our area has to offer throughout the year.
