Insurance is ultimately about people, relationships, and helping others feel prepared for whatever life may bring. That’s what continues to inspire me in my role as Manager and Agent at Rutkowski Insurance Agency, where I specialize in commercial insurance, risk management, personal lines, and life insurance. As a licensed agent in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Health, and Accident Insurance, I enjoy helping both businesses and individuals navigate coverage decisions with confidence and clarity.

Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, I’m proud to serve the same community that has shaped so much of my life. I attended Gannon University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Journalism Communications, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working in customer service-focused roles. Over the years, I’ve learned that every client has a unique story, and I value the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the families, businesses, and individuals we serve.

What I enjoy most about working in insurance is being able to guide clients through important moments in life, whether that means helping a business manage risk, assisting a family with coverage decisions, or simply being a trusted resource when questions come up. Getting to know clients, their employees, and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my husband Brandon and our dog Pia, hitting the slopes for a day of skiing, or planning my next getaway to the lake or the ocean. I love opportunities to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with the people and places that matter most to me.
